1st Day of School

 Today was Will's first day of kindergarten and Abby's first day of 11th grade.  Abby seemed relaxed, Will seemed nervous, and I'm not exactly sure why Josie was so exited about Avon's first day of school.  I'm super sad to see Will start school and had to wipe away tears on several occasions throughout my day.  Both Abby and Will had great days though and both seem excited to go back tomorrow.

Here's a picture of Will's team from their last game.  It was an odd season this year with all the rain cancellations and flooding, but Will had a great time and has improved so much.

Abby started working at the Avon DQ this weekend.  We are giving her some time to get settled in, but will be itching to go see her in action.

It sounds like she might change it up and try out theater next year.

Often I'll stumble on photos that Abby has taken from our computer that I never knew existed.   Although the kids are all completely different and far apart in age, they have a very unique bond.

Spring....Finally.

The Easter Bunny

Every year Will always refuses to visit Santa or The Easter Bunny because he's too shy.  So when he actually took me up on the offer to go see The Easter Bunny this past weekend, I was more than shocked.  He sat there with this nervous smile for 8 or so picture attempts while we tried to get Josie to enjoy the experience too.  As you can see...that never happened.

Will was really upset that Josie was crying in the picture and is afraid that someone will make fun of it.  I, personally, love it!

OK, I guess it might be time to finally invest in some baby drawer locks.

Oh Will...

Will and I were watching TV last week when a commercial for the Treadclimber came on.  After the commercial ended, he looked at me and says, "Maybe that would be good for you Mom."

Got it Will, got it.  :)

Big Mess

Josie has made it a habit to rummage through our pantry and empty out the drawers under our television.  I sometimes stop her, but she does it so quietly that often I figure the few minutes of quiet time is worth the clean-up later.

Children's Museum Trip

Monster Trucks

This past weekend we took Will to see the monster truck show at Lucas Oil Stadium.  Although we claimed that it was an event for Will, we all were looking forward to it and had a great time.
