A Few Random Photos

Josie has been doing a lot better since we were able to take her arm restraints off. She is a lot more relaxed, which makes everyone in the house a lot more relaxed too. We're taking applications/volunteers to keep Josie for the 3 weeks following her next surgery when she's 15 months. It seems like a long way out, but I know I won't be excited for round two to begin when time comes.

A Good Day

Tomorrow will be the two week mark since Josie's surgery. It has been a rough 2 weeks for sure. It's been frustrating to have so much crying and so little progress made from day to day.

Today....finally...we had a great day. No medicine, lots of smiles, and a lot less crying. Hopefully this is a sign of better days to come.
